The operator profile summarizes the results of all inspections performed on vehicles in your fleet during the year. The profile also identifies the number and percentage of vehicles that passed or were placed Out-of-Service due to one or more Out-of-Service defects.

CSS conducted a Facility, Terminal and Equipment (FTE) inspection of your operations on the date shown above. A copy of the inspection report is enclosed for you information.
