Enjoy free time at the Ellis Island Museum, a 3-floor building, includes the famed wall of names and a moving 30-minute film. Then ferry over to the Statue of Liberty for a 2:00pm monument pass into this massive structures pedestal. Dining facilities are available at Ellis Island to enjoy lunch on your own.
