Coming in April , The Largest Shark and Ray Touch Tank on the East Coast. This exhibit will feature sharks and rays in a 25,000-gallon tank surrounded by shallow edges and viewing windows, allowing you to experience a close encounter. Take your children and grandchildren away for a day of exploration. The Aquarium shows off everything from a lumbering, 500-pound sea turtle to a tapestry of colorful tropical fish. Flap your wings at the African and Rock Hopper Penguins basking in the floodlights, and welcome the Little Blue Penguins recently added to the renovated exhibit. The little blues, the smallest of the world's 17 penguin species, are a noisy little bunch. Follow the spiral walkway up and around the Giant Ocean Tank.
