Nascar Rain Out Policy, NASCAR Rain Out Policy. Our tours will leave as scheduled. It can be stormy in the Albany area and be clear and sunny in Dover. If the race is cancelled when we arrive, hold on to your tickets. The tickets can be used for the rescheduled race. This also applies should the race be called before the halfway point. Wade Tours WILL NOT provide transportation to the rescheduled race. If the race is stopped after the halfway point it is considered a complete race and no rain out tickets will be issued. Sorry no refunds - all ticket sales are final
