Liberty State Park, New Jersey Saturday 4/21, 5/12, 6/16, 9/1 & 10/13, 2012 Friday 7/20, 8/17, 2012 62 and over, ask for our senior saver rate $60 $65 Adult/ $55 Child age12 and under The Interior of the Statue will be closed for renovations. However, the two islands will be opened, Liberty Island and Ellis Island. There will be no scaffolding around the statue so picture taking will still be fine. America’s symbol of Freedom is just a ferry ride away from Liberty State Park, NJ. A gift from the people of France, the Statue has become one of our country’s most endearing monuments. Enjoy free time at the Ellis Island Museum, a 3-floor building, includes the famed wall of names and a moving 30-minute film. Cafeterias are available at Ellis Island to enjoy lunch on your own.
